With Ecuador Rocks, we want to provide a resource for climbing in Ecuador: We collect information and fotos about climbing sites, show links to topos, present guides and connect people. Additionally, Ecuador Rocks offers tours and roadtrips for any level of climbing and experience, different group sizes and durations.
We are Claire (to the right) and Silvie, a southafrican-dutch Yogi and a german environmental psychologist who love living and climbing in Ecuador. We founded Ecuador Rocks because we want to share this experience with others. Without guidebooks and descriptions, most of the new and exciting climbing sites of Ecuador are virtually inaccesible for tourists. We want to change this and make it easier for anyone to get to know these areas, by providing the necessary information and by offering complete trips.
